Showcasing Vancouver based Non-Binary Artists creating darker shades of Experimental Electronic Music. Curated and produced in collaboration with Acceleration Collective.
Kerub – Live Electronic Performance
The KERUB is a mix of live classical/traditional vocals, deconstructed electronica, and experimental pop. Musically influenced by an interaction between internet culture, and mixed-race identity – KERUB project acts as a back alley musical chiropractor, cracking pop and classical idioms in places that aren’t recommended by Health Canada or the FDA. Music is something to bend as they create experimental dance, alt-house, or Marge Simpson hardstyle. Associated with the Pent Up Collective.

We acknowledge this production is taking place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) nations. We ask that you take a moment to consider the history of the land that we gather on and the things each of us can do to dismantle neocolonial injustice and systemic racism.
